References to “we” (or similar) in this Privacy Policy are references to Astamour and references to “you” or “user” are references to you as an individual or legal entity, as applicable.

What data may we collect from you?

Data that you provide by filling in forms on the Site, including data provided when registering to use the Site and other shared registrations (for example, social media logins), subscribing to our services, posting material or requesting other services.

Data that you provide when entering a competition or promotion on our Site, completing a survey or poll, or providing reviews, testimonials or feedback.

Data that you provide to us, or that we may collect from you, when you report any difficulty you are experiencing in using our Site.

How do we store your data?

The data we collect from you may be transferred to or stored at a location outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It may also be processed by a team operating outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, this staff works for us or for one of our suppliers. This staff is involved, among other things, in fulfilling your order, processing payment details and providing support services.

We will store your data for as long as is necessary in accordance with this Privacy Policy or as required to comply with any law. Your data may be transferred, stored, processed and used by our affiliates or non-affiliated service providers in one or more countries outside your country.
